Mooresville

Mooresville is sometimes called Race City, USA.  The city is home to close to 50 of NASCAR's top racing teams and related businesses.   Mooresville is home to the North Carolina Auto Racing Hall of Fame which features 20 race cars and racing memorabilia.

The growing area of town is off of NC highway 150 where you'll find shopping malls, restaurants and lodging.   Several Japanese industries such as Matsushita and NGK have located in Mooresville, adding to the community's growing industrial sector.
